WESTERVILLE, Ohio—Mount Union's men's track and field team won the Otterbein Twilight meet with three victories and four top 32 NCAA marks Friday night.
Ryder Greenwood finished second in the 200-Meters running a 21.23 which is ranked seventh in Division III. In the prelim of the 100-Meter dash running 10.53 which is ranked tied for 29th.
Greenwood teamed up with
Brailon Wilcox,
Donovan Geiger and Tex Malloy to win the 4x100-Meter relay with a time of 40.93 which is ranked 11th.
In Slippery Rock
Ryan McVicker was the top collegiate in the shot put with a throw of 53-feet 9-inches which is currently 14th in Division III. McVicker came back in the hammer throw with a toss of 170-feet 2-inches.
Greiger along with
Nick Scherson,
Josh Fouche and
Yahir Hill won the 4x400-Meter relay with a time of 3:16.48.
Xavier Neal won the triple jump leaping 46-feet winning the meet by half a foot and is currently ranked 32nd in Division III.
Hill and
Drew Fouche took second and third in the 400-Meters running times of 48.26 and 48.28.
Nick Wong led three Purple Raiders to the top five of the steeplechase with a second-place finish in a time of 9:54.78.
In the 400-Meter hurdles
Zach Stinson finished third overall with a time of 56.53.
Finishing third in the 200-Meter dash was
Vinny Zeren with a time of 21.73.
Cameron Nightingale finished third in the pole vault with a leap of 14-feet 9.5-inches.
Mount Union will help Walsh host the Walsh Invite on Thursday with the meet hosted on the campus of Mount Union at Kehres Stadium.
