GENEVA, Ohio— Mount Union qualified five athletes to the finals of the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championship.
Giumenti qualified to the finals in the 1,500-Meter run finishing fifth in his heat running a 3:52.14. He will compete at 1:25 PM on Saturday afternoon.
Kenadee Wayt,
Madison Miles,
Mary Mason and
Carlie Besecker qualified for the women's 4x400-Meter relay by having the top qualifying time at 3:45.22. The girls will compete at 5:00 PM on Saturday.
Nick Scherson,
Logan Butcher,
Yahir Hill and
Drew Fouche finished 13th in the 4x400-Meter Relay with a time of 3:18.34.
Butcher, Wayt, Miles will compete in the 400-Meters while Mason will be in the 800-Meters tomorrow on Day two of the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championship.
