GENEVA, Ohio— Mount Union had four athletes compete in the prelims of the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championship hosted by Spire Institute on Friday afternoon.
 
Madison Miles and Kenadee Wayt finished 15th and 18th in the 400-Meters running times of 55.97 and 56.32.
 
Mary Mason ran a 2:15.93 in the 800-Meters and finished sixth in her heat and 18th overall.
 
Logan Butcher finished sixth in his 400-Meter heat and finished 18th overall in a time of 49.39.
 
Tomorrow will be the final day of the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships as Vincent Giumenti will return in the 1,500-Meters at 1:25 PM and Carlie Besecker will join Wayt, Mason and Miles in the 4x400-Meter relay at 5:00 PM.
