CANTON, Ohio – Mount Union's men's golf team finished in 11
th place after the first two rounds of the Malone Glenmoor Fall Classic at Glenmoor C.C. on Monday afternoon.
The Purple Raiders finished with a team score of 633 (318-315) which is 20 strokes ahead of 12
th place Malone. Hillsdale leads the event with a team score of 582 (296-286).
Junior
Brian Myers (Wadsworth) led the way for Mount Union, finishing with a two-round score of 146 (74-72). Freshman
Austin Mariani (Kinsman / Badger) carded a two-round score of 157 (79-78), with freshman
Austin Wilhoit (Stow / Stow-Munroe Falls) finishing with a 164 (82-82). Freshman
Jase Libb (Beloit / West Branch) rounded out the Raiders team score with a 170 (87-83).
The Raiders are in action again tomorrow for the final round of the Malone Glenmoor Fall Classic at Glenmoor C.C. in Canton.
