The Purple Raiders (5-0-1) would break the scoreless tie in the 85^th minute when sophomore Amir Spratt (Kent / Kent Roosevelt) was able to find the back of the net to take a 1-0 lead.

The Barons (2-5) wouldn't be able to find the equalizer over the final five minutes of action as Mount Union would go on to win 1-0.

Junior goalkeeper Jackson Callender (Cleveland Heights / Notre Dame Cathedral Latin) recorded three save en route to his second consecutive shutout victory.

The Raiders are on the road again next when they travel to Wooster on Saturday, September 20 to take on the Fighting Scots at 4 p.m.
