Women's Soccer: Six Raiders Named CSC Academic All-District

GREENWOOD, Ind. – Mount Union's women's soccer team had six players named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® Women's Soccer NCAA Division III team.

Senior Rylee Oldfield (Liberty Twp. / Lakota East), senior Emily Beach (Gahanna / Gahanna Lincoln), senior Teagan Johnston (Akron / Revere), junior Madeline Boulos (Pittsburgh, Pa. / Deer Lake), sophomore Paige Klingensmith (Stow / Stow-Munroe Falls) and sophomore Eleanore Busch (Concord Twp. / Riverside) were all named.

Oldfield is an exercise science major with a 3.72 GPA. She played and started in 14 games for the Purple Raiders this season, she recorded 52 saves and had four shutouts.

Beach is a biology and English major with a 3.75 GPA. She played in all 18 games for Mount Union this season in the midfield.

Johnston is an exercise science major with a 3.6 GPA. She played in 16 games and started 15 this season for the Raiders and was a key member of the defense that posted four shutouts.

Boulos is a mathematics major with a 4.0 GPA. She played in all 18 games and started 15 games for Mount Union this season, she scored two goals and recorded four points this season.

Klingensmith is an art major with a 3.87 GPA. She played in 17 games and started two games this season for the Raiders, scoring one goal and recording two points.

Busch is an environmental science major with a 3.76 GPA. She played in 16 games and started 11 this season for the Raiders in the midfield.

The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
