Women's Soccer: Raiders Tie Capital in Season Finale

ALLIANCE, Ohio – Mount Union's women's soccer team played Capital to a scoreless draw in an Ohio Athletic Conference matchup on Saturday afternoon.

Neither the Purple Raiders (5-11-2, 1-6-2 OAC) or the Comets (6-8-4, 4-2-3 OAC) were able to gain an advantage over the course of the game as they would go on to tie 0-0 after 90 minutes of action.

Senior goalkeeper Rylee Oldfield (Liberty Twp. / Lakota East) recorded nine saves on the games to record her fourth shutout of the season.

This concludes Mount Union's 2024 season, they finished the season with a 5-11-2 overall record and went 1-6-2 in OAC play.
