Jeffery Mansfield is in his first year as an assistant coach for the men's basketball team. 

A native of Wilmington, Ohio, Mansfield was the key member of the 2022-23 Mount Union team that advanced to the NCAA Final Four and NCAA Championship game for the first time in school history. An All-OAC Honorable Mention honoree, Mansfield led the team in assists (104), while averaging 10.5 points per game. 

Mansfield obtained his bachelor's degree in sport business from Mount Union.
