Tony Dailey is in his first year as an assistant wrestling coach at Mount Union.
Dailey had spent the last couple years as an assistant coach at nearby Louisville High School in Louisville, Ohio. He helped lead the Leopards to a first place finish in the 2020 OHSAA Dual Meet Championships and then second place finishes in the 2020 and 2021 OHSAA Dual Meet and Individual Championships.
An accomplished wrestler on the mat, Dailey was an All-American at Notre Dame College (Ohio) with an eighth place finish in 2019. A two-time NWCA Scholar All-American, he was part of a Falcon team that won the 2017 NCAA Division II team title.
A graduate of Massillon Perry High School, he was an OHSAA state champion in 2014 and helped get the Panthers OHSAA Dual Meet and Team titles.
