LATROBE, Pa. – The Mount Union women's swimming and diving team lost a dual meet 97-165 to St. Vincent (Pa.) on Friday night.
Top Finishers
- 1000-yard freestyle: freshman Emma Kreber (Cranberry Twp., Pa. / Seneca Valley) won the event with a time of 11:15.14
- 200-yard freestyle: junior Alexis Schuller (Middleburg Heights / Berea-Midpark) finished second with a time of 2:07.25 and senior Aurelia Incristi (Rockwall, Texas) finished third with a time of 2:08.44
- 50-yard backstroke: freshman Ava Breton (Cheshire, Conn.) finished second with a time of 30.12 and senior Lindsey Collins (Uniontown / Jackson) finished with a time of 31.00
- 100-yard backstroke: Breton finished second with a time of 1:03.66 and Collins finished third with a time of 1:06.98
- 500-yard freestyle: Kreber won the event with a time of 5:32.27
- 50-yard butterfly: sophomore Maddie Horrigan (Hudson) finished second with a time of 27.75
- 200-yard individual medley: senior Callie Landry (Broussard, La. / Teurlings Catholic) finished second with a time of 2:23.49 and freshman AnneMarie Trench (Sterling, Va. / Home school) finished third with a time of 2:28.85
- 200-yard freestyle: finished second with a time of 1:44.71, the team consisted of Horrigan, Schuller, Incristi and senior Erika Drager (Berea / Berea-Midpark)
The Raiders return to action on Saturday, January 15 at 1 p.m., in Ada, Ohio to take on Ohio Northern.
