WESTERVILLE, Ohio - Mount Union women's soccer dropped the OAC opener to Otterbein 2-0 Saturday evening at Memorial Stadium. 

Julia Krause (Mantua/Crestwood), Cortni Arp (Copley) and Kassity Miller (New Waterford/Crestview) tallied one shot while freshman Michelle Kissane (Amherst/Marion L. Steele) recorded 15 saves in the match. 

Otterbein scored in the 11th minute off a cross into the box that found the right side of the net. The Cardinals doubled their lead off in the 54th minute. 

Mount Union falls to 3-4, 0-1 OAC with the defeat. 

Mount Union continues OAC play on Wednesday, October 3 as the Purple Raiders take on John Carroll at Mount Union Stadium. Start time is scheduled for 7 p.m.
