The Purple Raiders are now 4-11-1 overall and 1-5 in the OAC, while the Fighting Muskies fall to 4-12-0 overall and 0-6 in the OAC. 

Freshman Kylee Kolesar (Mentor/Mentor) scored the only goal for the Raiders in the 28th minute off an assist from sophomore Alyssa Flitcraft (Alliance/Marlington). 

Senior goalkeeper Kaitlyn Mallernee (Dover/Dover) had two saves for her third shut out of the season.

Mount Union next plays Saturday at 1 pm at Capital in Columbus.
